Salary: £16,000 Basic OTE £32,000+ Are you motivated to seek a career providing early advancement into UK and International account management? CardBoardFish is a leading SMS text messaging solutions provider with customers in over 80 countries. Its principal activities include providing MT (Mobile Terminate) and MO (Mobile Originate) connectivity for large SMS clients and aggregators, supplying high quality SMS solutions for personal and business use, and operating consumer services for free and low cost personal messaging. Based in our new Whitstable (Canterbury) offices, and operating primarily over the Internet/Email and telephone, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and long term client relationships. You must demonstrate strong business acumen, technical knowledge of the Internet, and after training must convey a technical knowledge of the SMS solutions you will be selling. You will be welcomed as an integral part of a dynamic and expanding team with those demonstrating management potential advancing to Account Manager and Sales Manager positions within your first year. Ultimately, CardBoardFish aims to assign sales managers to all countries or regions that have an established client base. Although a sales manager background is not essential, you must be passionate about understanding client's needs. The SMS solutions you will be selling are technical in nature and many of the clients you will be working with will be from a technical background. You will not be required to provide technical support to clients but must have a technical overview of all the solutions that CardBoardFish offer. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, target driven and willing to learn. Absolute fluency in English is required, and additional European languages could be advantageous. Additionally, a strong understanding of computing and the Internet is required.
