Further Information:

Using the Batch Sender is simple. Number lists can be created and stored in the Batch Sender account for easy reuse or, alternatively, uploaded whilst creating the batch. Choose from a range of message formats, useful if you are not sending plain text, and give each batch a unique ID for quick reference later. Batches currently being processed can even be paused, giving you complete control, and then resumed later if necessary.

As the Batch Sender is connected directly to core CardBoardFish services it is not constrained by the speed of clients' software or connection. There is no faster or more reliable way to transmit large batches.
