Adding a service for the first time

The first time you choose to add a service to your account, you will be asked how you would like to pay for the service. You can then click on the payment option you would like to use.

If you have not completed your personal information, you will be asked to do so. Fields marked with a * are required. You will then need to click on Services and add the service and choose your payment option again.

A page will then show you the services you have ordered (and allow you to update the quantity) as well as allowing you to buy extra credits for SMS messages. Please note This is required if you are buying a service for sending SMS.

When you have selected the quantity of services and the amount of credit for SMS messages you would like, click on Next to continue payment as described in the FAQ How do I add a service and purchase more credit?.
