Adding or editing a list as a table

Adding a new distribution list

A new distribution list can be added using a table to input the information by clicking on the 'Manage Lists' tab and then on the 'List Manager' button.

The list manager allows up to 6 columns to be used. Columns can be dragged and dropped into new orders and column headings can be clicked on to sort the rows.

A check box is used to indicated whether the first row in the table contains the column headings. If the first row contains data, then the Windows Batch Sender will insert default column headings.

The number of columns is controlled using the 'Columns' number box.

The name for the distribution list can be input at the top of the form.

When you are finished, click 'Save' to store the list for later use.

Editing an existing distribution list

You can edit an existing distribution list as a table by selecting the list you wish to edit from the drop-down menu in the 'Manage Lists' page and then clicking on 'List Manager'.

Please note

The first column should contain the destination MSISDN number including country code (for example 4477928000000).

The Windows Batch Sender will perform basic checks on the information to make sure that the information given is a suitable destination number.
