Blocking problem users

If you want to stop a visitor from sending messages to your application you can block them by logging into your account on the website using your account username and password and then clicking on 'Applications'.

If you then click on the name of the application you would like to block a visitor from using, a list of the most recent messages received by that application will be shown. You can then select the message who's sender you want to block. This information will be saved when you click on 'Updated blocks'.
