Can I save distribution lists to a network share instead of storing them locally?
The Windows Batch Sender will always store its distribution lists in a folder called 'lists'. This folder is in the 'Windows Batch Sender' folder within 'My Documents'.
If you want to save these lists to a network share instead of to the local hard disk then you can redirect 'My Documents' to point to another location or device by right-clicking the 'My Documents' icon, selecting 'Properties' and then changing the target address.
