Contacting Support

If you have consulted the articles and FAQs but are still having problems you can contact support by logging into your online account at http://www.cardboardfish.com and clicking on Support:

You can then create a new Support Request by filling in the support form:

Please make sure to select the service that you are experiencing problems with from the drop-down list, or choose General if your query is not related to a service or SMS you have sent. Please include as much information as possible, such as timestamps, destination numbers, and message id's.

When you are finished click on Send and our 24/7 customer service will respond as soon as possible.

When you have submitted your Support Request you will be able to return to the Support area to track the status of the Request at any time.

If you are unable to log into your account online to make a Support Request you can e-mail . As with online Support Requests, please try to include as much information as possible about the issue you are having to help us assist you.
