Do I have to include the CardBoardFish link and terms and conditions on my page?

All the code copied over for each application, including the link back to CardBoardFish and the terms and conditions, should not be changed.

Applications which do not include the link, terms and conditions or attempt to hide them by use of colours/font sizes will be disabled.

Webmasters are responsible for ensuring that visitors are properly informed about standard network charges for messages sent to applications. CardBoardFish is not responsible if webmasters restyle or deface the applications to make these charges unviewable.
