When I view the CSV results in Microsoft Excel, the numbers are displaying incorrectly. How do I fix this?

This is caused by a number formatting rule that Microsoft Excel uses by default. You can change the format by selecting the whole column containing the numbers, right clicking in the column, and choosing "Format Cells". From here, select the "Number" type, and set the number of decimal places to 0:
