How can I find out more information about the error I'm experiencing?
Overview
The Windows Batch Sender is a fault-tolerant piece of software which will attempt to recover successfully from any errors experienced. If an error does occur, it is usually whilst processing an external file or piece of information which has been incorrectly formatted in some way.
The Windows Batch Sender will try and give you as much information as possible to help you identify and correct any problems.
If an error occurs, then the Windows Batch Sender will also write an error log to the 'Windows Batch Sender' folder in 'My Documents'. You can check within this file for more technical information on what caused the error.
This information may be passed to Support to assist in diagnosing any problems you may be experiencing.
