How can I increase message throughput?

You can increase message throughput by ensuring that the SMPP/UCP client software you use is set to allow up to 10 pending operations. This is also called the asynchronous window. We would like to remind you that there are other external factors which may impact performance over which we have no control. These include:

• The bandwidth/speed of your connection to our server
• Network issues with individual mobile operators/operator peak time delays
• Server load on your system
