How can I see the results for a batch?

You can view the status of a completed batch by logging into your account at http://batchsend.cardboardfish.com using your batch sender service username and password, and then clicking on 'completed batches'.

Here you will see a list of all the batches you have sent in descending date order If a batch is not listed, then it may not have completed and will therefore appear in the Pending Batches section. To view details about the batch such as the text and message options, you can click on the reference. If you wish to view the progress/delivery report, you can either view the progress file, or download the CSV listed under the "Sent To" heading.
