How Do I Set Up a Virtual Number?

You can add a virtual number to your account by logging into your customer account on our website with your account username and password, and then clicking on Services. You will be able to choose 'Virtual Number' from the list of available services. If you click 'Add' the service will be set up on your account.

You will then be able to choose the service you want to use your Virtual Number with.

Please note Virtual Numbers can take up to 10 minutes to become active.
