How do I set up NowSMS to use UCP-EMI?

To set up the NowSMS gateway (http://www.nowsms.com) to use the UCP-EMI service select Add from the SMSC tab of the gateway dialog, then select 'UCP-EMI over TCP/IP' and fill in the required fields.
