I am receiving an error, what does this mean?

To help you correct the problem you might be experiencing you can consult the following table of error messages:

Error Text Solution
Invalid USERNAME or PASSWORD Check your username and password are correct (they are both case sensitive).
Invalid MSISDN Check the MSISDN is formatted correctly in international format without the leading + symbol.
Invalid QUERYTYPE Check that QUERYTYPE is either 1, 2 or 3.
Invalid THREADID Make sure THREADID is a valid number and that this option has been enabled on your account. To add this option contact your account manager.
Invalid HTTP RETURNADDRESS Check that RETURNADDRESS is a valid, URL encoded HTTP return address.
Invalid Email RETURNADDRESS Check that RETURNADDRESS is a valid, URL encoded E-mail address.
Invalid RETURNTYPE Check that RETURNTYPE is either 'h' or 'e'.
Request could not be completed this time There was a temporary issue whilst processing the request. Try again in 60 seconds.
HTTP Request Not Allowed Check that the HTTP HLR service is enabled on your account and access is permitted from your current IP address. For more information see HowCanIConfigureIPRestrictions.
Authentication Error The IP address you are accessing from does not have access to the HTTP HLR service. For more information see HowCanIConfigureIPRestrictions
QUERYTYPE Not Allowed You do not have the QUERYTYPE specified enabled on your account. Please choose another QUERYTYPE value.
Insufficient Credit There is not enough credit on your account to process the request. You can make a payment to increase your balance by logging into your online account.
