I've forgotten my username/password- how can I retrieve it?
You can see the username and password to access individual services such as:
by logging into your customer account at
http://www.cardboardfish.com, going to the Services page, and then clicking on the Service username. You can then click the "show password" link in the configuration area at the bottom of the page.
If you have forgotten your username or password for the online customer account system you can retrieve them from the link on the login page.
