Retrying failed numbers
Overview
If a batch returns a status of 'Errors', then one or more of the destination numbers failed. This might be due to an error in the message.
To retry the failed numbers in a batch, click on the 'Errors' status. Only the failed numbers will be retried.
For retrying numbers which did not deliver according to their delivery reports (if selected), the failed numbers can be found by viewing the batch details. These numbers can then be manually resent to.
Please note
Messages which fail due to a reason other than a negative delivery receipt will be automatically retried once. Messages which fail due to a negative delivery receipt are not automatically retried.
