Using find and replace
When a list is being edited in CSV format on the manage lists page, the 'find and replace' functionality can be used.
The item to search for and replacement item can be typed into the 'Find' and 'Replace With' boxes respectively. A radio button controls whether the Windows Batch Sender will replace the item being searched for anywhere it is found or only when it is found at the start of a line.
Simply click on 'Replace Now' to replace all instances of the search term.
