Viewing batch details
Overview
A batch in 'Current Batches' or 'Completed Batches' can be viewed in greater detail by clicking on the batch name label. A new window will appear containing detailed information about the batch, including the numbers sent to and whether those numbers were successful or not.

| √ | Message delivered and a delivery receipt was successfully received. |
| ... | Message delivered and the system is waiting for the delivery receipt. |
| !!! | An error occurred while sending the message. Message was not delivered. |
| - | The message was sent correctly. Delivery receipts were enabled. |
| × | The message was sent correctly and a delivery failure was reported. |
This information can be exported as a CSV file for later examination by clicking on the 'Export to CSV' button. The file will be placed in the Windows Batch Sender directory under 'My Documents'.
