What Happens When My Number Expires?

Virtual Numbers are paid for annually, so before your one year term is over you will be able to renew your Virtual Number. You will automatically be sent an email 30 days before your Virtual Number expires, again at 15 days and again one day before your number expires.

You can renew your virtual number by logging into your customer account on our website, going to the virtual number service under the Services section and following the renewal procedure.
