What is HTTP HLR?

Our HTTP HLR interface allows you to quickly look up information about a mobile phone number from its Home Location Register (HLR) database. A HLR report can show the network and country the MSISDN belongs to as well as information showing whether the number has been ported, if it is valid, and if it is available to receive SMS.
