Why has my application stopped working?If your application has stopped working, there are several steps you can take to check for potential problems.Is your application still in the location you specified when you set it up from your account?For each application you add in your account, you must specify a location where the application can be found. If this application is changed or the application has been taken down then our systems will not be able to find it. These locations are periodically checked and if the application code is not found in the specified location then the application is disabled. If your application has been disabled for this reason you will need to restore the application and location (or give a new location by logging into your account on the website using your username and password, clicking on 'Applications' and then on the application you need to change). It may take between 24-48 hours before the application is re-enabled.Did you change the application code?Whilst many options are given for styling the applications to fit your needs, our system will periodically check to make sure that the application code is unchanged. This includes the link back to CardBoardFish. If this code has been changed, then the application will be disabled.Does your website/browser have Javascript enabled?The applications require Javascript to work properly. If you receive an error on your website indicating that Javascript is turned off then you will need to check your browser settings to make sure that Javascript is enabled. All modern browsers should support Javascript. Some websites and blogging sites do not allow Javascript to be used or severely restrict it. For sites such as this, you can use our site specific code (such as for Myspace), or use the non javascript code.
