Rob joined Mblox in 2003 when the company was undergoing rapid international expansion. Today Rob leads sales, carrier management, and messaging operations for Mblox EMEA. Over the last 9 years, Rob has held a variety of leadership positions in Mblox, from sales to engineering.
Bo joined the CardBoardFish team in 2014. She provides facilities and office management services to the Canterbury sites, executive assistance to the SVP, Commercial Operations as well as HR administration services for the Mblox HR EMEA team across Mblox and CardBoardFish.
Katie has over 9 years of marketing experience from a range of industries. Katie has been with CardBoardFish since 2011 and drives all Marketing initiatives for the business.
Neil joined CardBoardFish in 2010 as part of the support team and is now the Product Manager for the SMS platform. His roles include management and maintenance of the processes, procedures and products relating to SMS messaging.
James joined the company in 2008 as the first CardBoardFish full time sales person. James now heads up the CardBoardFish Sales Team, successfully leading CardBoardFish to record breaking sales levels.
Sarah has been with CardBoardFish since 2013. In a short time she has been promoted twice, first to Territorial Account Manager, to focus on developing new and existing High Volume Accounts, and then to Senior Account Manager, where her role involves managing aggregator clients and providing support to the other sales team members.
Joe recently joined CardBoardFish after completing a degree in Marketing and Advertising Communications. He is responsible for responding to new Business Account contacts and developing sales leads whilst assisting the Territorial Account Managers.
Matthew joined recently (2015) having worked in telecommunications sales (BT) for the last 5 years. Responsible for responding to New Business Account contacts and developing sales leads while assisting the Account Managers.
Gavin is the most recent addition to the CardBoardFish Sales team, joining after 4 years with BT managing new and existing business clients. Gavin works along side the rest of the team focusing on Aggregator Sales.
Karl joined in 2012 to develop the expanding CardBoardFish software portfolio. He has over 30 years experience of software development and specialises in system automation and high availability platforms having worked for a number of blue chip companies including Pfizer Inc. and the Deutsche Bank AG.
Mark has been with CardBoardFish for over 8 years and is a key part of the Development Team. Mark has developed many new technologies and systems for the company, helping shape the future of the business.
Michael joined CardBoardFish in early 2007 from an internet service provider and tech startup background. As a member of the software development team he is responsible for designing and maintaining back end systems that help power CardBoardFish.
Ash joined the engineering team as a Developer in late 2014. He works with the team in maintaining existing systems as well as development towards future improvements and features to the platform.
Ben joined the team following the completion of his Masters degree in Computer Science. His work at CardBoardFish is diverse, but currently Ben is focused in routing, pricing and commercial negotiations.
Debbie joined CardBoardFish after completing her degree in Computer Science. Debbie is responsible for routing and the supplier aspect of pricing. In addition she maintains network and prefix information alongside developing global reach.
Laura joined the business in 2012 bringing with her extensive customer service and sales experience from the banking industry. Laura worked as part of the Sales Team as a Territorial Account Manager for over 2 years. At the start of 2015 Laura switched roles to become a part of our Routing Team and now works on routing and pricing.
Tom Started at CardBoardFish in 2010 bringing with him 5 years of support experience from working on the Support services for the NHS. Tom was promoted to Support Team Leader and has helped grow the team into what it is today.
Adam joined CardBoardFish in 2011 with 5 years support experience in a range of different companies. Adam’s main duties include resolving customer and technical issues and monitoring live traffic as required.
Dean joined CardBoardFish in early 2013, coming from a support background with 3 years of experience. His responsibilities include Client Support and Routing issues.
